Job Summary

This role involves taking full responsibility for the preparation, planning, and organization of construction projects within the electrical engineering sector. You will manage projects through all phases of the HOAI (Phases 1-9), including conceptualization and detailed planning. Key responsibilities include creating detailed specifications and price comparisons, steering cost, schedule, and quality targets, and developing technical alternatives with a focus on economic viability. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in energy and building technology, electrical engineering, or a related field, or a vocational qualification as a master craftsman/technician in electrical engineering with further training. At least 3-5 years of independent project planning and execution experience is required, along with flexibility for business travel, assertiveness, negotiation skills, and organizational talent.
