Job Summary

This role involves taking full responsibility for the preparation, planning, and organization of construction projects within electrical engineering. You will manage projects through all phases of the HOAI (phases 1-9), including conceptualization and detailed planning. Key tasks include creating detailed specifications and price comparisons, steering projects to ensure cost, time, and quality targets are met, and developing technical alternatives with a focus on economic viability. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Energy and Building Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or a skilled trade qualification in electrical engineering with further Meister/Techniker training. A minimum of 3-5 years of independent project planning and execution experience is required, along with flexibility for business travel, assertiveness, negotiation skills, and organizational talent.
