Job Summary

As a Facility Manager at Flexoptix, you will be the technical expert overseeing the diverse campus, including 8 buildings and various critical systems like ventilation, water treatment, heating, heat pumps, and solar power. Your daily tasks will involve conducting safety inspections, identifying technical defects, and coordinating external service providers for construction and repair work. You'll also perform property inspections for troubleshooting and repairs, handle minor repair tasks, and serve as the primary contact for tenants regarding technical issues. This role requires a skilled all-rounder with a background in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning (SHK/HLS) or similar technical fields, coupled with professional experience in facility or property management. Strong PC skills and proficiency in both German and English are essential for success in this dynamic and responsible position.
