Job Summary

The Facility Manager will be responsible for the technical oversight and maintenance of the multi-faceted Flexoptix Campus, which comprises eight buildings and various complex technical systems, including ventilation, water treatment, heating systems, heat pumps, sewage plants, photovoltaics, and a drinking water well. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting safety inspections, identifying technical defects, and coordinating external service providers for construction and repair work. The role requires a hands-on approach, performing minor repairs, and acting as the primary technical contact for tenants. Candidates must possess a background in Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning (SHK/HLS) technology, professional experience in facility or property management, and strong problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with contractors and colleagues.
