Completed business administration or administration-oriented university degree with a Bachelor's degree or University of Applied Sciences degree (Bachelor of Arts in 'Business Administration' or 'Public Administration'), OR a commercial or administration-oriented vocational training qualification with a duration of at least 3 years.

• Several years of professional experience in Human Resources
• Experience in a leadership position
• Experience as a deputy or in a similar supporting role to commercial management

• Qualification as a trainer according to the "Ausbilder-Eignungsverordnung" (Trainer Aptitude Ordinance) is required; if not already held, it must be obtained within three months of starting the position.
• Proof of measles vaccination is mandatory before employment due to the facility-based vaccination requirement for employees in the health and social sector.
• Valid work permit for Germany (implied).
