Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive IT support to employees, analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues, and managing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT workstations, printers, mobile devices, and networks. You will also be responsible for documenting support cases, developing long-term solutions, and assisting with IT projects and system landscape development. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT apprenticeship or comparable qualification, experience with ticketing systems, and strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, network technologies, and common hardware. Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a structured, independent work approach are essential. Education
Completed apprenticeship in the IT sector or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support and use of ticketing systems
