Job Summary
As a Third-Level Support Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for complex IT challenges, taking responsibility for in-depth analysis and system optimization. Your day-to-day will involve supporting central applications like document management, HR systems, and portal solutions, performing error analysis, and resolving issues as a 3rd-level support. You will also monitor application stability, install software updates, create technical concepts, and manage documentation. Additionally, you'll coordinate with external service providers and other business units to enhance applications and services. This role is ideal for someone seeking to develop sustainable solutions and advance technology.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support, particularly in third-level support roles
- Experience in the administration of Microsoft-based servers and applications (desirable)
- Experience with server and client systems, operating systems, and applications such as web servers, portal solutions, and SQL (desirable)
- Knowledge of PowerShell, network environments, and ideally Linux (advantageous)
