Job Summary
Join a dynamic team as a 2nd Level Software Support specialist, acting as a crucial link between development, project management, sales partners, and clients. You will provide comprehensive software support via phone, email, and ticketing systems for proprietary software products. Your responsibilities include analyzing and resolving technical issues in collaboration with software development and product management, acting as a technical advisor, and developing/executing problem-solving scenarios. You will also test new and existing features, optimize support processes, and contribute to quality assurance measures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a rapidly growing, innovative company focused on digital transformation and custom business software solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Required Skills
Education
Completed apprenticeship in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Practical experience in software support or software development
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience with Cloud and Infrastructure Technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot
- Experience with Databases (preferably Microsoft SQL Server)
