Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position involves conducting on-site company audits in accordance with legal regulations (§ 166 Abs. 2 S. 5 SGB IV). Key responsibilities include processing applications for installment payments, deferrals, waivers, and suspension of enforcement. You will also initiate and monitor individual debt collection, handle objection proceedings, and implement findings from the German Social Accident Insurance. The role requires advising member companies and employees, and participating in projects. The ideal candidate possesses a university degree in a relevant field such as social insurance, economics, public administration, or law, with strong knowledge of statutory accident insurance, social security, and tax law. While not strictly required, prior experience as an auditor or in field service is advantageous. This role offers a secure position with flexible working arrangements, though not exclusively remote, and competitive public sector compensation.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor or Diplom/Fachhochschule) or equivalent in a relevant field such as Social Insurance (focus on accident insurance), Economics, Public Administration, or Law.
Experience
- Ideally, experience as an Auditor (m/f/d) or in field service.
- Professional experience in auditing or a related field is implied by the role requirements.

- Driver's license Class B.
- Must reside within the designated audit area or be willing to relocate.
- Willingness to work from an established home office and undertake multi-day business trips (including outside own audit area).
- A company car will be provided after the initial training period.
