This role involves coordinating the technical and commercial facility management for the VBG headquarters in collaboration with the head of facility management. You will be responsible for a broad spectrum of tasks including operator management, energy management, documentation, and modernization projects, as well as commercial duties such as procurement, cost planning, and contract management. Additionally, you will support the planning of new construction projects alongside the real estate development department. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong technical expertise in electrical or HVAC systems and a solid understanding of building automation. Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman (Elektrotechnikermeister/Industriemeister), State-certified Technician, or Bachelor Professional in Electrical Engineering, Building Systems Technology, or HVAC; or an equivalent DQR Level 6 qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in building automation and a cross-disciplinary understanding of building services
  • Experience in technical facility management including modernization, maintenance, and documentation
  • Experience in commercial facility management including procurement and contract negotiation
  • Experience in dealing with construction and maintenance contracts

Languages

German (Fluent)
