Job Summary

Join our IT Service Desk as an engaged professional, serving as the primary point of contact for all employee IT inquiries. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, and documenting incidents and service requests using a ticketing system, performing initial analysis, and escalating complex issues. This role involves supporting users with Windows, Office, email, printers, and standard applications, conducting basic troubleshooting, assisting with software installations and updates, and contributing to user and permission management. You will also help maintain documentation and participate in process improvement initiatives within the Service Desk. This position offers a structured entry into professional IT operations, with opportunities to expand your technical knowledge in a practical environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed IT-related vocational training or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Experience with IT service processes and systems
  • Experience in user and permission management (e.g., Active Directory)
  • Experience in supporting users with Windows environments and standard office applications

Additional
