Job Summary

This role provides comprehensive strategic, operational, and conceptual support to the executive management team, focusing on project and committee management within an infrastructure services company. You will be responsible for preparing presentations, reports, and decision papers for management and supervisory boards, analyzing complex technical, economic, and organizational issues, and developing actionable recommendations. The position involves independently planning and executing cross-functional projects, managing project controlling (timelines, resources, risks), and coordinating meetings, workshops, and appointments. You will also act as a key interface between management, departments, subsidiaries, and external partners, contributing to technical and infrastructural projects and representing the company in various working groups and networks.

Required Skills

Education

Scientific university degree (Master or Diploma) in Electrical Engineering or Energy and Utility Engineering

Experience

  • 5-10 years of relevant professional and leadership experience, ideally with a grid operator for electricity, gas, and water sectors
  • Experience in collaboration with municipal decision-makers
  • Profound knowledge in managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Experience with decision-making and committee processes in a municipal environment
  • Experience in analyzing and evaluating technical and economic issues
  • Professional experience in project controlling, including time, resource, and risk management
