Job Summary

TenneT is seeking a Senior Engineer specializing in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and Building Services to join their growing team in Hannover. In this critical role, you will act as the central technical authority for mechanical network connection systems, stepping in when operational engineers face complex challenges. You will hold technical responsibility for standardizing and advancing HVAC systems, including cooling, climate control, ventilation, and fire dampers. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing complex issues, developing sustainable solutions, and coordinating technical resolutions with the operations team. You'll also contribute to developing maintenance strategies, technical standards, and participate in tenders and contract management for system modifications.
