Job Summary

As a System Engineer UCC, you will be instrumental in elevating client UCC solutions to the next level. Your daily tasks will involve managing UCC and AI projects from pre-sales through implementation, administering and enhancing the UCC hosting platform, and handling service and support requests, including their resolution and documentation. You will collaborate closely with key manufacturers like Innovaphone and AudioCodes. This role offers a blend of flexibility with home office options and client-facing mobility, combined with the stability of office presence and team collaboration. The position is full-time, permanent, based in Osnabrück, and requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills.
