Job Summary
We are seeking an IT System Administrator to manage the technical operation of our software products, including web, application, and database servers. You will provide phone and ticket-based support, continuously improving service quality. This role involves administering and installing workstation and server systems, documenting processes, developing best-practice solutions, and managing releases and updates. You will also monitor system performance and interfaces, proactively preventing issues and automating routine tasks. The ideal candidate has a technical education (e.g., IT Specialist), experience with Microsoft Server technologies, scripting skills (PowerShell), and ideally knowledge of SQL databases, Apache HTTP, Tomcat, and JBOSS. Strong communication, customer orientation, and teamwork skills are essential.

Apprenticeship as an IT Specialist or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in the support of (municipal) specialized applications
- Experience in the administration of Microsoft Server Technologies
- Programming experience in PowerShell or other programming and scripting languages
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL) is ideal
