Job Summary
Join a specialized HR service provider, UN Projektservice GmbH, as a Building Services Technician for prestigious, large-scale properties across North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW). You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of building services, including HVAC and electrical systems, ensuring smooth operations in high-profile locations like shopping centers, museums, and modern office complexes. This role involves being the primary contact for tenants, overseeing external contractors, and conducting regular site inspections. The position offers flexibility with potential assignments to a permanent site or as a mobile technician, competitive hourly pay (€17.65 - €23.75), and a permanent contract. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician (Energy/Building Technology) or Plant Mechanic (Sanitary, Heating, Air Conditioning), or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Completed vocational training as an electrician (energy/building technology) or plant mechanic (sanitary, heating, air conditioning) or comparable training.
- Professional experience in building services or facility management.
- Experience in managing and coordinating external companies and trades.
- Experience in documentation of technical work.
