Job Summary

Join Schmitt Engineering as a Digital Transformation & AI Community Manager to build and advance a structured AI Learning Landscape. You will identify, structure, and prepare learning formats and AI content, and foster a global AI community through exchange, best practices, and engagement. This role involves planning and organizing AI events, workshops, and community sessions, along with maintaining SharePoint and community pages. You'll also create communication materials, support AI campaigns, and coordinate AI initiatives. The ideal candidate has a degree in Business, IT, Communications, or Engineering, with experience in Digital Transformation, AI Enablement, and Community/Change Management. Familiarity with AI topics and tools like SharePoint, MS Teams, and PowerPoint is essential.
