Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Chemist to join our team as a Project Manager, focusing on Chemical Development & Production. In this role, you will lead projects involving specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical active ingredient synthesis under GMP conditions, managing budgets and timelines. Your day-to-day will involve planning and executing organic and inorganic syntheses, transferring processes from R&D to GMP production, and coordinating laboratory teams. You will also be responsible for GMP documentation, process analytics, and scientific literature research. Required Skills

Education

Completed studies in Chemistry, preferably with a PhD (grade: good or better)

Experience

  • Sound practical experience in synthetic chemistry
  • Experience in a GMP environment
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience with electronic lab data systems (ELN, LIMS)
  • Experience with GMP-compliant document management systems
