Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Chemist to join our team as a Project Manager, focusing on Chemical Development & Production. In this role, you will lead projects involving specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical active ingredient synthesis under GMP conditions, managing budgets and timelines. Your day-to-day will involve planning and executing organic and inorganic syntheses, transferring processes from R&D to GMP production, and coordinating laboratory teams. You will also be responsible for GMP documentation, process analytics, and scientific literature research. Required Skills
Education
Completed studies in Chemistry, preferably with a PhD (grade: good or better)
Experience
- Completed studies in Chemistry, preferably with a PhD (grade: good or better)
- Sound practical experience in synthetic chemistry
- Experience in a GMP environment
- Experience in project management
- Experience with electronic lab data systems (ELN, LIMS)
- Experience with GMP-compliant document management systems
Languages
Additional
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project, ChemDraw, and database research is advantageous. Flexibility and openness to varied tasks. High sense of responsibility and enjoyment of independent work. Strong team skills and pleasure in interdisciplinary collaboration. Structured, analytical, and conceptual thinking and working style.
