As a Business Development Manager at ChemCon, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between scientific expertise and commercial growth within the pharmaceutical industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing customer communications during the acquisition phase, providing technical consultations on products and services, and preparing cost estimates in coordination with the sales team. You will actively identify new market opportunities, analyze potential projects, and represent the company at international trade fairs. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with R&D, production, and quality control departments to ensure client needs are met. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a natural science field, ideally in (Bio)Chemistry or Pharmacy.
Experience
- Professional experience in the pharmaceutical market environment is preferred
- Experience in customer communication and lead generation
- Experience in preparing cost estimates and commercial offers
- Professional experience in a scientific or laboratory-adjacent environment
- Experience in organizing and attending trade fairs and customer visits
