Job Summary

The Technical University of Braunschweig is seeking an Assistant in the Collective Bargaining Area for its Human Resources department. This role involves supporting ongoing personnel management within the collective bargaining sector. Key responsibilities include preparing correspondence, maintaining personnel data in SAP HCM, creating personnel files, coordinating meeting schedules, and taking minutes. The position requires a completed commercial or administrative vocational training, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and strong organizational skills. Experience with SAP is highly beneficial. This is a part-time, fixed-term position, initially until April 30, 2027, with a planned start date of July 1, 2026.
