Job Summary

The Technical University of Braunschweig is seeking a Coordinator for Pre-Study Programs to establish and implement new offerings for international students. This role involves conceptualizing diverse programs, developing curricula, and managing online offerings, preparatory courses, and a pre-study semester. You will focus on teaching German as a subject language for STEM fields, study skills, and onboarding. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and faculties, coordination of student assistants and lecturers, and managing program logistics, including excursions and integration events. The coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for students, manage budgets, and oversee reporting and evaluation. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or equivalent scientific university degree.

Experience

  • Professional experience in project coordination and implementation, preferably in the higher education or education sector.
  • Experience in conceptualizing and conducting workshops or teaching events and working with groups.
  • Experience working with international target groups.
  • Experience in budget planning and resource allocation.
  • Experience in program evaluation and continuous development.
