Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site inspections, performing risk assessments, managing project budgets, and collaborating with internal departments such as building construction, energy management, and supply engineering. You will hold operational responsibility for electrical systems, lead the implementation of sustainable energy standards, and coordinate with external contractors. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical building services planning as a project manager
  • Experience in managing projects covering HOAI performance phases 1-9
  • Experience in project steering, from planning and tendering to construction and final billing
  • Experience in high and low voltage technology, PV system planning, or fire protection topics
