As an Application Support Specialist for the City of Freiburg's Office for Migration and Integration, you will play a critical role in modernizing public administration through digital transformation. Your daily responsibilities involve managing and maintaining specialized software systems (including LÄMMkom and SAP) to ensure efficient workflows for colleagues in benefit administration. You will be the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting, user training, and the creation of instructional manuals. A significant part of the role includes processing statistical data and overseeing monthly payment cycles for asylum seeker benefits. Required Skills

Education

Experience
