Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, IT Management Assistant, PC and Network Specialist, IT Customer Advisor, IT System Electronics Technician, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in an IT environment
  • Experience in installing and administering client operating systems
  • Experience in IT support, user helpdesk, or a comparable IT service desk, preferably in the Cisco environment
  • Experience with ticketing systems
