Job Summary

As a Service Operator in the Monitoring and Service Desk team, you will act as the central point for ensuring the safety and availability of customer building systems. Your daily responsibilities include continuously monitoring building automation systems, proactively responding to fault reports, and providing first-level technical support. You will analyze issues, document findings within ticketing systems, and coordinate with internal departments, external service providers, and customers. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and technical aptitude who thrives in a dynamic environment. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training or vocational training with additional qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) in Building Technology, Electrical Engineering, or IT.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in a technical role
  • Professional experience in service or support environments
  • Experience with building technology, electrical engineering, or IT environments
  • Experience with modern monitoring tools and ticketing systems
