As the Global Lead for AI-driven Change & Efficiency in R&D, you will spearhead the transformation of our global R&D organization. You will act as an AI evangelist, making artificial intelligence tangible for employees and integrating it into daily workflows to drive sustainable process efficiency. You will coach leaders to foster an agile, learning-oriented, and AI-savvy culture while measuring success through clear KPIs.
