Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Export Control & Compliance at HENSOLDT, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end integration of export compliance process modules within the company's global SAP S/4HANA program. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading workstreams from initial requirement assessment through to go-live, including migration, testing, and training coordination. You will collaborate closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to ensure compliance requirements are embedded into global processes and IT tools. This position is unique because it combines legal/regulatory compliance with digital transformation, requiring you to drive the automation and digitalization of processes beyond the initial S/4HANA implementation. You will act as a bridge between the Export Control department and IT, ensuring all legal and internal standards are met, documented, and consistently improved in a high-tech, security-sensitive environment.
