Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Business Compliance at HENSOLDT, you will lead end-to-end integration of compliance-related process modules within the company, with a primary focus on S/4HANA implementations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating workstreams from migration through to go-live, collaborating closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to anchor compliance requirements in IT systems, and working alongside legal, data protection, and IP departments to ensure integrated process mapping. You will drive the digitalization and automation of compliance workflows, manage testing and training coordination, and oversee continuous process improvement. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in business, law, or process management who thrives in a high-tech, security-sensitive environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that HENSOLDT maintains the highest standards of regulatory and internal compliance as it continues to expand its global footprint in the defense and security sector.
