Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Support Engineer, you will join a dedicated team in Nuremberg, focusing on providing essential 1st Level IT support. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues, leveraging a knowledge base to efficiently troubleshoot problems. You will be responsible for classifying incoming customer inquiries, resolving them independently, or escalating them to the appropriate departments. A key part of your role will be identifying recurring IT problems, systematically documenting them, and escalating them when necessary. You will provide first-level support via phone and a ticketing system, and offer advice and assistance to users regarding their end devices, applications, and IT processes. Required Skills
