Job Summary

Join the LADR Laboratory Group in Geesthacht as a Laboratory Technician specializing in food analysis. In this full-time, permanent role, you will work within a motivated team to process food samples for microbiological analysis. Your daily responsibilities include performing detection procedures for pathogenic bacteria, conducting plate counting methods for spoilage organisms, and identifying microorganisms using microscopic, biochemical, molecular biological, and MALDI-TOF MS techniques. You will also be involved in virus diagnostics (Hepatitis A/E, Norovirus) and allergen detection via ELISA, while utilizing LIS/LIMS laboratory software. This position requires working in a three-shift system between 5:30 AM and 6:00 PM, with one weekend shift per month. Education

Experience
