Job Summary
This role at the TUM Klinikum Rechts der Isar involves the operation, planning, and maintenance of complex building management systems (specifically Desigo CC) and hazard detection systems, including fire alarm systems, emergency elevator communications, and public address systems. The successful candidate will coordinate maintenance tasks, manage external contractors, and assist in the commissioning of new technical equipment. This is a critical infrastructure role requiring participation in a 24-hour on-call duty rotation. The position offers the opportunity to work in a high-stakes clinical and research environment in the heart of Munich, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the safety and functionality of hospital infrastructure. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Master Electrician (Elektromeister) or State-Certified Technician in Automation, Information, Telecommunications, or Systems Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering, automation, or information technology.
- Experience in a hospital or research facility environment is considered an advantage.
- Proven experience in coordinating maintenance workflows and working with external service providers.
- Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain complex building management and safety systems.

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Must be willing to participate in 24-hour on-call emergency duty, including weekends and public holidays.
