Job Summary

The University Hospital Düsseldorf is seeking a dedicated Scientific Researcher / Scientific Coordinator to join the Cardiology, Pneumology, and Angiology department. In this role, you will work within an international team led by Prof. Dr. med. Amin Polzin, focusing on basic research into heart failure mechanisms and potential treatments. Your daily responsibilities will include planning and conducting experimental research, performing cell culture work, and executing biochemical and molecular biological methods. Beyond the laboratory, you will act as a Scientific Coordinator for an interdisciplinary cardio-oncology research network, assisting with organizational tasks, grant applications, and scientific reporting.
