Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure for national and international clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the installation and configuration of workplace hardware such as PCs, laptops, monitors, and various peripherals. You will be responsible for setting up printers and telecommunications equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on-site. Additionally, you will assist with network cabling, switch and router configuration, and the execution of IT rollouts. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate service documentation, including time tracking and parts usage. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys field work and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
