Job Summary

As an AI Integration Specialist at SIS, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of public administration in Westmecklenburg. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve conceptualizing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize administrative processes and decision-making structures. You will bridge the gap between complex technical AI capabilities and practical organizational needs, acting as a consultant for internal departments and public clients. The role requires a blend of technical expertise in data analysis and software development, combined with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You will manage the full lifecycle of AI projects—from initial data preparation and model training to deployment and continuous monitoring.
