Job Summary
This role focuses on driving the digital transformation within schools by providing comprehensive technical support and administrative client services. As a member of the administrative client service team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support of school IT environments, which includes configuring server systems, installing PC workstations, and maintaining peripheral hardware. You will act as a primary point of contact for technical consulting and troubleshooting, handling both 1st and 2nd-level support requests. Beyond day-to-day maintenance, you will play a key role in network optimization and the implementation of specialized software solutions like UCS@school. This position is ideal for IT professionals who enjoy a mix of hands-on hardware work and systems administration. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or an equivalent educational qualification with relevant IT experience.
Experience
- Professional experience as an IT Specialist for System Integration or in a comparable IT role
- Proven experience in managing small to medium-sized IT infrastructures
- Practical experience with desktop operating systems and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience in the educational or school IT sector is highly desirable
- Experience with Linux systems is an advantage
