Job Summary

As an IT Support Service Desk Specialist at the municipal IT department of Jena (KITT), you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff, addressing hardware and software issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Your daily responsibilities include troubleshooting, qualifying requests for escalation, maintaining the knowledge base, and assisting with on-site hardware deployment and inventory management. Depending on your expertise, you may also handle 2nd and 3rd level support for complex system issues. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in complaint management or call center environments is desirable
