Job Summary

As a Vocational Instructor at the Chamber of Crafts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of skilled professionals. Your daily responsibilities include conducting both theoretical and practical training as part of the inter-company apprenticeship program. You will guide students through foundational electrical and information technology concepts, support their specialization in advanced stages, and integrate emerging technological trends into the curriculum. Beyond instruction, you will manage educational materials, organize classroom logistics, and participate in the procurement of workshop equipment. The ideal candidate possesses a Master Craftsman or State-Certified Technician qualification, a passion for education, and the ability to mentor apprentices effectively. Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) in Electrical or Information Technology; AEVO (Ausbildereignungsprüfung) required.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the field of electrical or information technology
  • Experience in working with apprentices and vocational training is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to and integrate new technological developments within a trade environment
