Job Summary

The Federal Office for Family and Civil Society Tasks (BAFzA) is seeking dedicated Java Software Developers to join their IT Development department. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development, maintenance, and optimization of web applications. You will serve as a key technical contact within the IT team, designing robust SQL database solutions and architecting microservices with REST interfaces. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Java software development.
  • Professional experience in designing and developing microservices and REST APIs.
  • Experience with version control, build processes, and continuous integration systems.
  • Experience working within agile software development environments and applying Test Driven Development practices.
  • Experience in database management and working with various operating systems.
