Job Summary
The Institute for Cell Biology of the Nervous System at the Technical University of Munich is seeking an IT-enthusiastic professional to provide essential technical support. In this role, you will manage the procurement and setup of hardware and software, maintain Windows-based workstations, and handle user onboarding and offboarding. You will act as the primary point of contact for IT support requests and manage central administrative services. - Proven experience in the administration and maintenance of Windows-based environments.
- Experience in providing service-oriented technical support to end-users.
- Experience in managing hardware and software lifecycles.
