Job Summary
This role involves providing 1st and 2nd-level IT support, managing IT systems, and overseeing license monitoring. You will be responsible for planning and executing IT projects, including requirement analysis and system integration. A unique aspect of this position is the administration and maintenance of building and operational technical systems, such as electronic locking systems. You will also coordinate external service providers and support the infrastructure of emergency call centers. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in system administration and integration, with a focus on Microsoft server environments and VMware. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a comparable degree.
Experience
- Professional experience in system administration or system integration
- Demonstrated experience in operating VMware environments and Microsoft server landscapes
- Experience in the provisioning and operation of VoIP communication systems
- Experience in the analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of infrastructure malfunctions
- Experience in coordinating and managing external service providers
