Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist for the Johanniter Regional Association Rhein-Ruhr, you will play a vital role in maintaining the technical infrastructure that supports our diverse social and emergency services. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the rollout and maintenance of IT systems across various regional sites, managing user accounts and devices within Active Directory, and providing 2nd-level support to staff. You will also be responsible for the installation of structured cabling, including switches and patch panels, and will coordinate effectively with both internal departments and external service providers. This position is ideal for someone with a structured, solution-oriented mindset who values reliability and teamwork.
