Job Summary

As an HSE Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across business divisions. Your day-to-day responsibilities include advising management on safety protocols, analyzing incidents, conducting audits and site inspections, and driving continuous improvement in HSE processes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for HSE matters, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, managing reporting metrics, and facilitating training programs to foster a culture of safety. This position is unique as it offers the opportunity to influence corporate strategy, collaborate with external authorities, and lead projects that directly impact workplace safety and environmental performance. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Protection, or related Engineering discipline; alternatively, qualified as a Specialist for Occupational Safety (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit). Internal Auditor qualification is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an HSE-related field (mandatory).
  • Professional experience in conducting audits, assessments, and workplace inspections.
  • Experience in project management and change management is considered a significant advantage.
  • Experience in collaborating with government authorities and external agencies is required.
  • Professional experience in facilitating training sessions and knowledge sharing across departments.

Additional
