As a Senior IT Architect specializing in Groupware and Automation, you will play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining robust IT architectures within large-scale enterprise environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing automated business processes, ensuring seamless integration between Groupware objects and backend systems like IAM and Active Directory, and aligning solutions with Service Management and Enterprise Architecture standards. You will lead the development of solution strategies, present technical approaches to stakeholders, and manage release planning while ensuring compliance with security standards. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys bridging the gap between complex technical requirements and business needs. You will work in a dynamic environment with 50% remote flexibility, contributing to the optimization of high-performance IT infrastructures. The role requires a strong background in large Microsoft Exchange environments and a methodical approach to system integration, offering the chance to influence critical infrastructure projects in a collaborative, agile setting.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a completed IT vocational training with many years of relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in IT architecture within enterprise environments
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Exchange On-Premise environments for large user bases
  • Proven experience in complex Microsoft infrastructure integration and system management
  • Experience working with Groupware platforms, directory services, and interface integration
  • Experience managing large multi-farm Exchange environments
  • Professional experience with agile working methods such as Scrum
