Job Summary

As a Contact Center AI Expert, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, deployment, and operation of a Conversational and Agentic AI platform. Your day-to-day work involves designing AI-driven voice and chat interactions, optimizing system performance, and fine-tuning AI models through prompt engineering and training data management. You will act as a bridge between complex technology and high-quality service experiences, managing technology partners and identifying new use cases to improve patient interactions. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training and/or university degree

Experience

  • Professional experience in the development and operation of Conversational AI and Agentic AI applications (SaaS platforms)
  • Professional experience participating in technology projects from initial concept to operational implementation
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant AI technologies and platforms
  • Practical experience with API integration and cloud-based services
