Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to support the AI Lab at the Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Nordrhein. As a Working Student, you will assist the Lead AI Manager in coordinating AI initiatives, organizing workshops, and managing the AI Manager community. Your day-to-day tasks include preparing meeting materials, creating training guidelines, maintaining community platforms, and supporting AI governance documentation. You will play a vital role in enabling 25 decentralized AI managers across various departments. The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Communications, or Organizational Development and possesses a strong interest in AI and digital transformation. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint. Familiarity with Generative AI tools is a plus.
