Job Summary
The Federal Institute for Public Health is seeking an IT Service and Project Management Specialist to join their team in Cologne. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT service management platform, including incident, change, and asset management processes. You will lead IT-related projects, act as a Product Owner for specific applications, and manage external service providers. A key part of your daily work involves gathering and analyzing technical requirements from various departments while ensuring compliance with data protection, information security, and federal regulations. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Master, FH-Diploma, or Bachelor) in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT project management and IT service management
- Professional experience in requirements management and workshop facilitation
- Professional experience in IT process management, ideally using ITIL
- Experience in federal administration, financial controlling, or procurement is considered an asset
