Job Summary

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for end-users, providing technical support at the Techbar and User Helpdesk. Your daily responsibilities include managing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities within workplace and shopfloor environments, setting up PCs, notebooks, smartphones, and peripherals, and resolving technical incidents via remote support and direct interaction. You will support mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads, ensuring high-quality service for a major automotive client. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional looking to work with a leading European IT service provider. You will benefit from a structured 40-hour work week, modern working conditions, and significant opportunities for permanent placement within the client organization. The role requires flexibility for shift work between 05:00 and 23:00 and occasional Saturday on-call duty.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support within large-scale enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated experience working with ticket management systems
