As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving hardware and software issues directly at client locations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include setting up workstations, performing installations and configurations, and providing user training. You will actively troubleshoot desktop systems, notebooks, printers, and various peripherals, while also assisting with network tasks and IT rollouts. Furthermore, you will be responsible for documenting activities and managing equipment inventory within ticket and asset management systems. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on technical work and direct interaction with users. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in troubleshooting Windows clients, notebooks, printers, and standard hardware.
  • Professional experience in IT systems integration or equivalent technical field.

  • Valid Class B driver's license required; willingness to travel for regional onsite assignments.
