Job Summary

This role within the Schleswig-Holstein State Police (ZITPOL 32) involves working within the Business Intelligence Competence Center (BICC). You will be responsible for system administration, operational support, and providing technical consulting to specialized departments. Daily tasks include conducting system tests, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to data analysis and software infrastructure projects. The position requires a degree in Computer Science or a relevant vocational qualification (e.g., IT Specialist) combined with professional experience. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker).

Experience

  • Professional experience in computer science or related IT field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience for candidates with vocational training
  • Experience in data modeling and administration of BI systems is highly desirable
  • Experience in ETL processes and data warehousing is highly desirable
