Job Summary

As a Facility Management Technician at the Haufe Group in Freiburg, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of our technical infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems, water treatment plants, sprinkler systems, and elevators. You will proactively analyze and troubleshoot technical faults, conduct mandatory inspections, and maintain detailed documentation of all maintenance activities. Additionally, you will coordinate with external service providers and inspection agencies to ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
